New Hotel Opening (Aug. 2023): Tempo by Hilton Times Square

I’m excited to share Hilton is introducing the first property of their new lifestyle brand this August in NYC – Tempo by Hilton Times Square.

The 661-room lifestyle hotel, located in the highly-anticipated TSX Broadway tower, will feature a swanky cocktail lounge with a wrap-around outdoor terrace, dedicated Wellness guestrooms featuring Peloton bikes and Therabody products, and over 30 rooms with close-up views of the famous Times Square ball — which is just a few buildings over and will offer some of the city’s most premium views for the annual NYE celebration.

The opening comes at a monumental time for Times Square, which has seen one of NYC’s largest rebounds in tourism over the past few years with the opening of 70 new businesses and hotel occupancies making their way back to pre-pandemic levels.

This 36-floor lifestyle hotel will be the first of Hilton’s newest lifestyle brand, designed for the modern traveler. Located in the highly-anticipated TSX Broadway, a soon-to-be-opened tower featuring experiential retail and cutting-edge entertainment spaces, the hotel will be a homebase for guests looking for a relaxing remote work environment, chic space to prepare for a busy day out, and to keep up with wellbeing while on the road – all while having a little fun in-between. Highlights include:

• Guestrooms To Power Up/Down: 31 rooms feature outstanding close-up views of the famous Times Square Ball while 6 Wellness Rooms feature a Peloton bike, yoga mat, and Therabody products. Each of the hotel’s 661 rooms feature a signature Get Ready Zone, which is a well-lit space ideal for getting ready or finishing up work, along with spacious bathrooms with Apotheke amenities and Bluetooth mirror.

• Must-Have NYC Dining Experience: A respite from a busy day exploring the Big Apple, the hotel is a day-to-night dining destination with F&B offerings that pay homage to the city’s culinary heritage. Grab breakfast or lunch at Highball, the hotel’s signature restaurant, before it transitions into a swanky cocktail lounge serving NY staples with a twist and a unique “spirit and free-spirited” cocktail menu, which each mocktail reimagined to resemble their cocktail counterpart – all enjoyed with exceptional views of Times Square via the expansive dining terrace.

• Designed For The Rhythm Of Life: Spacious guestrooms and suites offer unrivaled views of Times Square through floor-to-ceiling windows and modern comfort is achieved through sleek, natural tones of light wood and blue coupled with touches of brass and leather.
