A community-minded neighborhood staple, Domino Park welcomes ice skaters of all ages to enjoy views of the East River and Manhattan skyline from Williamsburg’s first waterfront rink
Two Trees Management, the family-owned, Brooklyn-based developer and manager of Domino Park, today announced that SKATE at Domino Park presented by Pepsi Williamsburg’s first waterfront ice skating rink, will return for its third annual season on Monday, November 9, 2026. A neighborhood winter staple, the rink will offer expanded private and group skating lessons, new affordable season passes, and community-driven programming for skaters of all ages.
“When we acquired this stretch of waterfront over a decade ago, our first priority was to create a public park that would anchor the new mixed-use neighborhood,” said Jed Walentas, Principal at Two Trees Management. “As construction continues on the final phase of our Domino master plan, it’s rewarding to see this vision realized. This skating rink has become an essential part of the vibrant neighborhood, where public spaces and year-round programming create lasting traditions for the community.”
SKATE at Domino Park presented by Pepsi transforms Domino Square into a 7,000-square-foot ice rink overlooking the East River and Manhattan skyline. Glass dasher boards provide unobstructed views of the waterfront, creating a distinctive setting for first-time skaters, returning regulars, and visitors from across the city.
New this season, Full Season and January–February passes offer local residents and frequent skaters more opportunities to make skating part of their winter routine. The Full Season Pass provides unlimited admission for $375, excluding skate rentals. The January–February Pass is available for $150 without skate rentals or $300 with rentals included, with unlimited admission throughout the two-month period.
Additionally, an expanded Learn to Skate program, offered in partnership with Fireworks Skating Academy, will offer daily private and group lessons, giving skaters of all ages and experience levels the opportunity to build confidence and develop their skills throughout the season. Off the ice, SKATE will host a new photobooth inside the hospitality tent, while NYC-based nonprofit CUL DE SAC will bring its outdoor community sauna experience. Open November through February, CUL DE SAC will offer two outdoor saunas, immersive sounds, food from local purveyors, and community programming, including free and discounted nights for local community groups.
“Each season, we see more neighbors making SKATE part of their winter routine,” said Michael Lampariello, Director of Domino Park. “This year’s expanded lessons, season passes, and new offerings will build on that momentum, giving our community even more reasons to connect and make the park part of their traditions.”
Community programming will remain central to the season, with performances by local and professional figure skaters, children’s activities, and partnerships with local organizations, including Figure Skating in Harlem. SKATE will also offer birthday parties in a dedicated, light-filled space overlooking the park, Manhattan skyline, and ice rink. Packages are priced at $600 for weekday parties and $800 for weekend and holiday parties. For larger gatherings, the hospitality tent will be available for private events, offering a waterfront setting for holiday celebrations, corporate gatherings, and other festive occasions.
Visitors can round out their time on the ice with food and drinks from nearby destinations, including Stretch Pizza, Frita Batidos, a Michigan-born, Cuban-inspired restaurant, and Cafe Susanne and Bar Susanne, which offer café fare, cocktails, and seafood. Additional neighborhood favorites include Birdee, from renowned pastry chef Renata Ameni, Misi, Other Half Brewing, among many others, giving skaters and visitors plenty of options to gather over a meal or drink before or after their time on the ice.
Nestled between Two Trees’ residential waterfront development One Domino Square and its office offering The Refinery at Domino, Domino Square is a one-acre programmable public plaza and flexible outdoor space designed to enhance the lives of the Domino Park community and create flexible and amenitized public space for the broader neighborhood. Designed by landscape architecture firm Field Operations in collaboration with Brooklyn-based architecture firm Studio Cadena, Domino Square regularly hosts public activations such as farmer’s markets, graduations for neighborhood schools, salsa nights, movie nights, concerts, and more.
SKATE at Domino Park will be open from 2:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on weekdays and from 10:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on weekends and holidays. Admission for New York City residents is $13 Monday through Friday and $17 Saturday and Sunday. Admission for non-New York City residents is $20 Monday through Friday and $24 Saturday and Sunday. Skate rentals are available for an additional $13. The final day of the season will be Sunday, February 21, 2027.
