Time Out Market New York is hosting an amazing culinary experience on Saturday, May 25: Ruben Santana (Bark Barbecue) and Hector Garate (Palmira Barbecue in Charleston, S.C.) will be roasting a whole Heritage Duroc Hog from Charleston pig farmer Marvin C. Ross of Peculiar Pig Farm!
There will be samples, signature cocktails, and live music courtesy of Max Banda and DJ Ray Suave.
