Left on a Bench leftonabench.com is a satirical series of photographs that showcases abandoned objects sitting on park benches around New York City. Each photograph is captioned with an ironic backstory, conjuring up a brief anecdote about the object left behind. Many New Yorkers may recognize the visual references.

Paula Blum is a filmmaker, graphic designer, and writer. She is the founder of Caffe Latte Productions (caffelatteproductions.com), The Portions Channel (www.youtube.com/portionschannel), and Left on a Bench (www.leftonabench.com).
She lives in New York City and often walks through Riverside Park and Central Park, where many benches are vying for her attention.
