The legen-dairy celebration will feature exclusive treats, exciting collaborations, and a partnership in celebration of Black History Month

In honor of the season of sweetness, Museum of Ice Cream will celebrate the power of sharing with the launch of “Share The Love” social media contests to coincide with a colorful cross-collaboration, a unique treat partnership, and the debut of two newly refreshed installations! Visitors to the New York City location will melt into the updated Museum of Modern Ice Cream (MoMI) installation for the scoop on ice cream history and artifacts, before challenging friends to sweet new interactive games in the Carnival room. Museum of Ice Cream New York City will also celebrate Black History Month by partnering with Mikey Likes It Ice Cream, a black-owned, pop culture-inspired ice cream shop with locations in the Lower East Side and Harlem. Guests who purchase tickets to share the love in February will enjoy unlimited samples of Mikey Likes It Ice Cream’s truffle shuffle ice cream made with milk chocolate ice cream, mini semi-sweet chocolate chips and mini chocolate covered marshmallows.

During the month of February, fans and followers of Museum of Ice Cream will be invited to participate in sweet social media contests for chances to win Museum of Ice Cream gift cards. Spanning four weeks, the online contests will focus on different ways to “Share The Love”—be it the love of ice cream or the love of sharing a new experience with your favorite scoops! Museum of Ice Cream NYC will also invite guests to celebrate “National Eat Ice Cream for Breakfast Day” all week long. Guests who purchase a Sprinkle Pool Sundae from February 4 through February 10, 2023 will receive a free topping of Three Wishes Strawberry cereal. With vegan, gluten free, low sugar cereal options, Three Wishes is the perfect treat on top of Museum of Ice Cream’s most iconic sundae!

Additionally, Museum of Ice Cream will partner with jewelry and accessories brand Kendra Scott on a multi-pronged celebration to launch their “Sweet On You” Valentine’s Day campaign, shot at Museum of Ice Cream. The collaboration features a custom treat, philanthropic give back, and an immersive, experiential retail component.

As giving back is a key pillar for both brands, they will partner together to surprise one New York City school with an ice cream party hosted by Museum of Ice Cream guides! Students will also work with the teams to construct their own Museum of Ice Cream ice cream truck to take home. Each classroom will receive an Amazon gift card to assist with the cost of supplies for the teachers.
