Enjoy an exceptional Christmas dinner this year atthe Michelin-recognized Sweetbriar, located in the Park South Hotel. Executive Chef Bryce Shuman, previously of three-Michelin-starred Eleven Madison Park and his former restaurant Betony where he received a three-star review from The New York Times, willbe offeringguests a three-course Christmas dinner priced at $110 per person. Sweetbriar will be open for dinner from 5:30 pm – 10:30 pm, with reservations available through Resy.
Chef Bryce’s Christmas prix-fixe menu will focus on his live fire cooking and the bounty of New York State’s seasonal produce which can be enjoyed in an atmosphere that is comfortable, yet festive and conducive to a casual fine dining experience.
Highlights from the three-course prix fixe menu include:
First Course (choice of):
- Butternut Velouté
- Radish Carpaccio
Second Course (choice of):
- Applewood Smoked Honey Glazed Ham
- Grilled Branzino, Charred Cabbage, and Tomatillo Relish (Supplemental $27)
- Grilled Maitake, Black Beluga Lentils
Sides:
- Black Truffle Potato Gratin
- Parsnip Mash
- Roasted Acorn Squash
Dessert:
- Bouche de Noel (The Yule Log)
To pair with dinner, Sweetbriar’s Wine Program, which was created in collaboration Dylan York, a Principal of the Sommelier Society of America, boasts a robust selection of wines by the glass as well as a reserve list. The restaurant has also recently begun a Coravin Wine Program, serving wines from their reserve list at an approachable price per glass.
