Our monthly Soul Sessions connect the heart, mind, and community online with an easygoing meetup, planned by and for teens. This month, our teen staff leads an intergenerational discussion with wellness professionals about ways to take care of ourselves, followed by a guided meditation. Panelists include metaDEN founders Joss Martinez and McKenzie Angelo Martinez, Ghetto Heaven NYC founder FVDGE NASTE 97, and The Culture LP cofounder Michael Tonge.
This online program is free and open to all youth ages 14–22. Registration is required, and a secure Zoom link and password will be provided by email.
