The new Maserati Era starts from the energy of its Team
Modena, 20 July 2020 – Where would you like to work? This is the question put to Italians in the Randstad Employer Brand 2020 survey, involving a panel of 150 companies with over 1,000 employees and headquarters in Italy, and a sample group of 6,300 interviewees from 18 to 65 years of age. The answers received place Maserati in the Top Ten of the most attractive Italian companies in terms of their desirability as potential employers.
“We’re proud of this survey’s findings, but above all of the atmosphere you can sense within our organisation. In fact, 2020 is the year that marks the start of the New Maserati Era,” underlines Davide Grasso, Chief Executive Officer Maserati. “We’re tackling a new beginning with immense energy: the core values guiding the work of all our employees are ambition, innovation and passion.
We’re a courageous team, proud of our all-Italian history and audacious in the commitment we bring to the future and its challenges.”
According to the survey, Maserati is placed 6th amongst dream employers, winning points for its excellent reputation, pleasant working atmosphere, benefits and use of the latest technologies.
In a constantly changing world, where looking to the future with ambition is strategically vital, Maserati is 100% Italian DNA in constant evolution, reflected in a new Era featuring an even richer range, and innovation in production, electrification and autonomous driving.
