Get ready to go wild at the annual Urban Wildlife Festival! Hosted by NYC Parks’ Urban Park Rangers, this free, family-friendly event offers New Yorkers an up-close look at the amazing animals that share our city. Meet birds of prey, turtles, opossums, and more while enjoying hands-on activities and educational exhibits. It’s a fun-filled celebration to show off NYC’s wild side!

The festival will feature fun activities including live animals presented by Wildlife In Need of Rescue and Rehabilitation (WINORR), games, and more. You can view a sneak preview of New York City’s wildlife by visiting the Parks Learning Hub page.

NYC Parks Urban Park Rangers connect New Yorkers to the natural world through environmental education, outdoor recreation, wildlife management, and active conservation. They lead free public events and activities in parks throughout New York City.
